This space is about attention, clarity, and understanding — in the mind and in life.
Psychology, meditation practice, teaching, and structured learning — grounded in experience and reason.
See how we could work togetherMy education and professional path have moved through several fields that, for me, converge in one place: learning to see clearly, to think honestly, and to relate to experience without unnecessary struggle.
Psychology and psychotherapy provided tools for working with human experience. Teaching physics sharpened respect for structure and evidence. Long-term contemplative practice developed attention, discipline, and restraint.
Here are some ways we could work together.

Public talks, lectures, and conferences framed as dialogue and inquiry.
Inquiries by invitationI've been drawn to understanding reality from different angles. First through physics — how the material world behaves. Then through psychology — how experience is formed and interpreted. And later through contemplative practice — questioning what remains beyond both explanation and interpretation.
Along the way, life placed me in many environments: teaching, movement, creative work, technical systems, leadership, discipline, and practice. I don't see these as separate chapters, but as variations of the same inquiry — learning how attention, structure, and responsibility operate in real situations.
I didn't set out to collect experiences. They came, and I stayed present enough to learn from them.
