Starting the 2012/2013 season, I am inviting psychologist, psychotherapist, and University of Latvia lecturer Ieva Bite as the first guest. We will discuss such widely prevalent emotions as anxiety and guilt. Also — how it is possible to cope with both of these — by accepting yourself, others, and the world.
